Well, after an interesting few days, I am finally back! I won’t bore you with all the craziness going on in my life, but I will say I am happy to be back here writing. I love reading different blogs, and I have been having a blast writing. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to do a 30 day blog challenge. Each of my entries will be about something different, and I’d love for you to join in. If you follow me, you could either comment with your entry or start the challenge on your own blog. Day 1- Why do you blog?
I blog because it gives me a way to let go. To put my thoughts and ideas down for everyone to see. It’s that sense of vulnerability that gives me a rush. I blog because I want to help people in any way I can. Whether it be helping them find ways to deal with their anxiety or depression, or help them with their health and fitness goals. I’m very passionate about helping others, and I feel that once I get better at my blog I’ll be able to do that.
