Motivation Monday: Reach Your Goals.

Well, are you doing whatever it takes to reach your fitness goals? Why or why not? What’s holding you back? Is it lack of motivation or accountability? Do you need help or advice? I began my blog to help people reach their health and fitness goals, and I feel like I’m really not doing that. I’d really love to start a group like the one I had that helped me become successful with working out.
